The rooms were all functional and modern with a view.

We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor in building 1, which had a fantastic location. We had easy access to the Lounge Bar and the sun terrace alongside the Playa Tetazin beach bar. The room was comfortable, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The service was outstanding, with staff members like Ricardo and Karina going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from our room.

There were some areas of the hotel that could use improvement.

The staff is incredibly friendly and hardworking, always keeping the facilities clean. The housekeeper deserves a special mention for their excellent service. The free drinks and entertainment are a great added bonus. The location is ideal, with a beautiful setting that puts you in a good mood every morning. The resort medical clinic is top-notch and quickly arranged for me to receive medical help at a nearby excellent hospital. The bar and activities staff are wonderful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The complex is very clean and the food is good, with a nice variety of options including a salad bar for lunches and à la carte restaurants for dinner.

We had an amazing view of the ocean from our room on the third floor. The beach area was fantastic, with plenty of chairs and easy access to the ocean. The staff were excellent and always willing to help out. The layout of the property was convenient, with easy access to pools, restaurants, and bars. We loved the variety of food options and the affordability of the sale price. The town of Buceries was just a short walk away, with lots of restaurants, entertainment, and art walks.

The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a fantastic selection of pools and a wide variety of food options. The location of the complex was ideal, as it was just a short walk from downtown Bucerias where we could find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, with many of them speaking English fluently.

The service was top-notch, with the cleaning lady on my floor always ensuring my room was pristine and providing anything I needed. The variety of food options was impressive, with a buffet that offered different dishes every day and delightful smoothies. The à la carte restaurants added even more dining variety. The staff were prompt and attentive, and the colourful and bright atmosphere put me in a good mood every morning.
