We had an amazing family vacation at this resort! The 5 outdoor pools provided plenty of fun for our kids, especially since we had a baby with us. Enjoyed excellent service by the bars, which made our days at the beach much more relaxing.
For dads, it would be great if there were more options for kid-friendly dining.

lovely beach, fantastic pools, beautiful grounds
A clear map or welcome sheet for navigating the property would be helpful. Also, uncomfortable chairs and reservation chaos for restaurants need addressing!!!

The resort was fantastic, especially enjoying the delicious food at the beachside restaurant and the relaxing atmosphere by the pool. With multiple pools and easy beach access, it was a perfect spot to unwind. The only downside was the occasional wait at the bars during busy hours, but it didn’t spoil the fun. 🌊

The complex is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and various activities. However, the food was good but lacked variety, and the drinks felt watered down. Pools close early, which was disappointing. The beach access was decent, but some rooms were outdated and had maintenance issues.

missingWrote a review on Feb 22stunning sunsetspacious poolsdisappointing food
The location offers easy access to the beach, providing nice sunset views right from the shore. The pools are spacious, well-maintained, and provide a solid spot for relaxation between visits to the beach.
Food choices left much to be desired, primarily lacking authentic Mexican options. we ended up dining out most nights. Reservations for dinner are a hassle—you have to wake up early to snag a spot, which shouldn't be the case at an all-inclusive. There’s also inconsistent internet access and the lounge chairs are uncomfortable—be prepared to use blow-up floaties if you want to enjoy lounging by the pool. Lastly, my room had no mini fridge or coffee maker, making comfort a struggle at times.

great amenities but limited dining options
The property was cleaned well daily! I appreciated how friendly the staff members were, which made my stay enjoyable. The activities near the beach, like painting, were fun and added a unique touch to my experience. The garden view was lovely, providing a peaceful atmosphere during my downtime.
I didn't get to try the reservation-only restaurants, which was disappointing.

Couple's getaway with great vibes
We really loved the friendly staff at the buffet , especially Manuel in the Mexicano snack bar who always had a smile and was quick with service. Another highlight was the nightly entertainment which included an impressive performance from the three tenors , it blew us away and was a fun memory from our stay.
It wasn't cheap , but we thought it was worth it for a good time.
